Leh
The old town on foot, Shanti Stupa at sunset, dinner with a Ladakhi family.
Leh → Nubra via Khardung La
Over one of the world's highest motorable passes into the valley of dunes.
Nubra Valley
Hunder's silver dunes, double-humped camels, and the great Buddha of Diskit.
Nubra → Pangong
The long, beautiful drive to the lake that changes colour by the hour.
Pangong → Tso Moriri
Across the remote Changthang plateau, past nomadic settlements.
Tso Moriri → Leh
Return via Mahe bridge. A farewell dinner under more stars than sky.
Leh at Leisure
Optional rafting on the Indus or a quiet monastery circuit.
